Shipping:
We usually ship within one business day of receipt of payment.
We ship via UPS Ground and are not able to ship to APO/FPO or Post Office Boxes.
We ship Oversize items via LTL Carriers.
Flat Rate cost on freight is dependent on delivery to a business address that can unload a freight truck. If a lift gate is needed or delivery is to a residential address, additional fees will be billed.
We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Payment:
We accept payment by PayPal. Appropriate sales tax will be added to any item that is picked up (will call) from one of our locations. Any item shipped to Georgia or Florida will be charged sales tax unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. If you are in Georgia or Florida, please request a total and we will provide it including sales tax. Otherwise you will be billed an additional PayPal invoice for the sales tax.

Returns:
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of the items we offer. Many of the items offered are used / salvage parts and are sold "as-is". We only accept returns in limited situations where new items are defective upon receipt. Please do not attempt to return any item before contacting us for details and instructions. Toyota Prius plug-in will cost £31k We thought it was probably too good to be true. When we revealed that the US price for the new Toyota Prius plug-in was 36 per cent more than a regular Prius, we did hope that price increase would apply to the UK too. Because if Toyota were to do the same in the UK, the plug-in Prius would have come in – after the taxpayer very generously chipped in a £5k subsidy for ‘eco’ cars – at a ‘buy’ price in the UK around £2.5k more than the non plug-in Prius.
