You've been voting over the past fortnight for your greatest hot hatch of all time – and there are still two weeks left to influence our poll. At the time of writing, the top ten is led (perhaps curiously!) by the Saab 99 Turbo, followed by the Lancia Delta Integrale, VW Golf GTi Mk1 and Peugeot 205 GTI.

New MINI One revealed: Geneva Motor Show

The new MINI One (pictured) revealed in Geneva The big news for the Geneva Motor Show and MINI – apart from the display of the new MINI Cooper and Cooper S – was supposed to be the MINI Clubman Concept, a first look at the new Clubman in all its over-sized glory. But lurking on MINI’s stand in Geneva is also the new entry-level MINI – the new MINI One (pictured above). With a lesser spec than its siblings, the new MINI One comes with a body coloured roof, less butch front bumper and smaller wheels and an all round pruned-down spec.

The new BMW 6 Series Convertible gets a little less camouflage The replacement for the BMW 6 Series has been running around the world in a swirl of black and white camouflage for so long it will need a facelift before it launches. But the camouflage is gradually being reduced as the launch gets closer – perhaps even at Paris this year. We’ve had the speculation this last week that the new 6 series is the production version of the Gran Coupe Concept from BMW.
