Finally a new carburetor solution for the Honda Express so you don't have to pay $$$$ for a used one. Pictured above on an auto-choke 1981 NC50. I just removed the auto choke hoses and capped off the auto choke ports. You will have to run premix gas/oil after installing this carb unless your oil injector is connected to the intake and not the carb then you can keep the oil injection system. This will also work on manual choke NC50's as well. You will have to employ some ingenuity to hook up choke cable to the carb OR you can just use the manual choke lever built on to the carb. I've also got it to work on a 1980 NC50. It should work on all Expresses with a 38mm intake bolt spacing (measured center to center). I've tweaked the jetting and the idle air screw as well as the throttle stop screw to have this be close right out of the box. Requires a 28/29mm air filter such as the K&N pictured above.
