For warranties we gladly accept returns on the following:

2. Parts damaged in shipping.

We also accept returns on the following:
1. Part or Unit ordered wrong by the customer.
2. Part or Unit shipped wrong from our company.
We will only take responsibility for shipping and return shipping costs if the return is clearly due to our error. On any other returns the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Any return due to the customer changing their mind, or deciding they don’t need the part will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The part or unit must be in new condition (the part should not show signs of being mounted or used in any way) in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued in the way they were received. (Example: credit card, Pay Pal, etc.)
VERY IMPORTANT: It is very helpful if you have the following information ready when you contact us about a possible return: E-bay item number, date of purchase, the person or company name it was shipped to, any part number that may be on the box you received, and how you identified this as the right part or unit.
