A plug-in electric powertrain once destined for a Saturn crossover will live on at General Motors and will arrive in 2011 in another vehicle. GM vice chairman and product chief Tom Stephens confirmed to wire service Reuters that the project remains on track. The automaker was scheduled to bring a plug-in version of the Saturn Vue to market in 2011.

They are all perfectly wonderful subcompact four and five-seaters, any one of which could fit nicely into your urban or suburban lifestyle. Where else are you going to find a car for $199 a month?

New BMW M6 Convertible Spied
The new BMW M6 Convertible has been spied in the US at a BMW compound. Is it heading for a debut at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show. The 2011 BMW 6 Series Convertible debuted almost exactly a year ago after BMW turned car launch convention on its head by revealing the convertible version of the new 6 Series ahead of the coupe.
