Nissan showcases crashproof cars and an eco pedal

How so? Well, the new systems announced today mark a step towards the driverless car: one is part of a project that hopes to eliminate accidents altogether while the other pushes against the accelerator to encourage a lighter right foot.

Alfa Romeo has released a teaser / promo video for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta (below) After all the messing around trying to decide what to call the Alfa 147 replacement, Alfa Romeo finally decided it was to be the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Having made that decision – and released a few photos of the Giulietta last month – Alfa has decided to ramp up the interest in their new baby ahead of the debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Ford has sold 250,000 new Fiesta in its first nine months Ford has announced that in the first nine months of production, the new Ford Fiesta has shifted a very impressive 250,000 units, more than any previous Fiesta managed in the same time-frame. I can’t say we’re too surprised by this. We really like the Ford Fiesta.
