• We accept returns within 14 days from date you received the purchase. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• If you have any concerns regarding a part being correct for your appliance, please contact us with the MODEL #.  We will gladly verify it for you, prior to purchase.
• Please be certain that you are purchasing the part needed to fix your product.  No parts are returnable for a refund if they do not solve your problem.
• Should the part you purchased fail within the guaranteed time frame, we will gladly replace the defective part with an exact replacement.  If we are unable to replace a defective part, we will make a refund to your paypal account.
• For all returns please contact me BEFORE shipping the part back.

• Buyer to pay return shipping charges on all warranty exchanges, as well as provide complete MODEL AND SERIAL # of the product from which part was intended for.
