Payment:

·         Your prompt payment is appreciated within 3 days of auction end.  If you require additional time for payment beyond 3 days, please contact us immediately for arrangements.  Otherwise, an unpaid item claim will be opened with EBay for nonpayment on the 4^th day. 

·         We accept payment via PayPal.  (Please note: if you are paying by eCheck, your item(s) will NOT be shipped until your eCheck has cleared, which can take up to 2-5 business days.  If you require your item sooner, please use another form of immediate payment i.e.: credit card, PayPal account balance).

Shipping:

·         We ship within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment through PayPal, and try our best to ship out the same day of your purchase!   We use USPS and/or UPS Ground for all our shipments which include tracking numbers.  We are not responsible for the shipping transit times or the handling of your shipment by these selected carriers.

·         Any items purchased on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding Holidays).  Please note: Items dropped off to UPS on a Saturday will not be shipped out by the carrier until the following Monday (excluding Holidays).

·         We gladly combine orders that are purchased on the same day when possible (excluding bedding comforters).  Please allow us time to send an invoice prior to payment for shipping discounts on multiple items.  The shipping service may differ on combined multiple items than stated in the listing. 

·         We do not ship internationally, or to APO/FPO/Military addresses at this time.

Returns:

·         Returns will be accepted within 14 days if the item is not as described.  In the event of a return, please contact us prior to shipping the item(s) back with the reason for return.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
