The 6hp is our largest single-cylinder model and features automatic decompression system for easy starting, quiet through-prop exhaust and a convenient front-mounted gear shift lever. 6hp models feature an integrated fuel tank for true grab-and-go portability. Paddy Hopkirk took the Mini to its maiden win on the Monte Carlo Rally, and the car went on to win again in 1965 and 1967. It should also have won in 1966, but it was denied due to a technical infringement with its lights.
