I scour salvage yards as a hobby (one the wife doesn’t disapprove of as much as others!) and try to find unique items for car enthusiasts…I try very hard to find items that will please my buyers, but most of my items are not new and will show signs of use, so please understand this when deciding to purchase. It is my policy, however, not to sell “junk” so unless an item is rare, I usually do not list overly-flawed or “used up” items. Fri, 05 Sep 2014In the latter half of 1965, Giotto Bizzarrini began working on a racing car designed to compete with the Ford GT40, Ferrari 250P and the Porsche 906. The result was the P538, his most sophisticated car to date. The first two examples built were fitted with Lamborghini V12 engines and sold to American buyers to compete in SCCA races, while the third used a highly modified 5.4-liter V8 from the Chevrolet Corvette.
Volvo confirms 395bhp four-cylinder for new 2015 XC90

The Swedish seven-seat crossover hasn't been unveiled yet (expect full pictures in August 2014) and Volvo is busy building up the publicity machine with snapshots inside the new XC90 and now teasing us with engine details. The first photograph here is the XC concept car from the Detroit motor show 2014.
