Carroll Shelby, Felt Bicycles collaborate on beach cruiser

Felt Bicycles, a maker of competition bikes, and our favorite Mustang tuner, Carroll Shelby, have collaborated on a custom cruiser bike that pays homage to the classic Shelby GT350. The Shelby Cruiser will be limited in production but available worldwide for a price of $999. Designers from Felt worked with the Shelby team during every step of the process.

Tesla Model X Crossover reveal and Roadster dropped by year end

Tesla Roadster Production ends in December We revealed back in November that Tesla intends using the Model S platform to produce a Crossover come SUV to appeal to a more mainstream market than their current ‘Lotus with batteries’ Tesla Roadster. Winners of the 'Ultimate LA Machine' Design Challenge announced

 The judges of the Los Angeles Auto Show's Design Challenge have named the Dodge Superbee and Volkswagen Mobile Lounge as joint-winners of the first ever automobile design studio competition. Designer Reto Brun of Volkswagen/Audi Design Center California said his studio considered two Los Angeles issues when designing the Volkswagen Mobile Lounge - an antidote to traffic and a better option for the area's "limo-centric" entertainment culture. Whisper-quiet fuel cell technology whisks occupants towards their destination while electronically controlled tinted glass, an open living space and innumerable in-car amenities provide a supremely comfortable environment.
