Please read the following before buying!

Due to the fact that we are a retail store and may sell an item off the shelf, some items may have to come from our vendors.  Most orders are shipped within 3 working days, if there is going to be a delay in shipping your order you will be notified.  If you need an item right away please contact us before ordering to check availability.  Please allow 5 working days (Monday though Friday) before emailing and asking the shipping status of your order.

For questions about an item or help in selecting the correct items please call our Parts Department at 937-332-3440 or Toll Free at 866-900-3440 or send us a message though eBay.

We prefer PayPal payments from buyers with PayPal-confirmed shipping addresses.  All payments must be submitted in US Dollars (USD). We fully enforce eBay’s Unpaid Item Policy, and will file a dispute for each item purchased but not paid for.  Payment is expected within 24 hours unless you are waiting for an order to be combined or shipping adjusted.  All international payments MUST be made with PayPal but customers within the US and Canada may pay with a major credit card but you must call us first and make arrangements.

As stated above, all items listed on eBay are available for purchase through our Troy, Ohio Powerhouse Store. We make every effort to ensure that items listed on eBay are available to ship in 1-5 business days including ending listings early if an item sells out. Occasionally, items sell out before the listing can be pulled from eBay. If this happens, we will contact you via email as soon as we’re made aware of the issue. If we cannot reach you via email within 7 days, we will refund the item in full.

Returns are permitted at the discretion of Honda Powersports of Troy with prior approval. Returns will not be approved for electrical/electronic, used/take-off items, closeout or discontinued items at any time. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price. Shipping, handling and customs charges are not refundable. Return Authorization (RA) must be requested within 14 days of delivery.  Credit due will be store credit. Cash refunds are only given if we have significantly misrepresented the item in this listing.

We use UPS and USPS for our shipping.  We will choose shipper based on delivery location and item shipped. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.  No part of shipping will be applied to customs or taxes.  If a shipment is lost we will reship or refund only after the carrier has attempted to locate the shipment.  Depending on where it was shipped to, some lost shipments may take up to 45 days to locate.  Please, when rating us for shipping time, remember that we have no control over how long it takes UPS or the Postal Service to deliver your order. International customers may be charged customs fees or duties as the item enters your country. This varies from country to country and from item to item. As these are levied after we have shipped the item, we have no control over this, sorry! We cannot mark items as gifts or with a reduced value on customs forms.

Do not order parts based on the picture shown!  The photo and or part drawing is for display only and may not be the actual part you are buying!  All parts are sold based on the Model and Year of Motorcycle or ATV!  If you do not know the model or year of your Motorcycle or ATV please contact us for assistance.

2011 GMC Sierra debuts with new Denali version, more power

Wed, 10 Mar 2010

GMC is making going to work a bit more stylish--but still with plenty of grunt-- with the first-ever offering of its Denali trim on the Sierra heavy-duty line of trucks. The 2011 Sierra heavy-duty range was revealed Wednesday in St. Louis at the National Truck Equipment Association Work Truck Show.

Seat Toledo concept car (2012) first pictures

Fri, 02 Mar 2012

Seat will whisk the covers off the new Seat Toledo concept car at the 2012 Geneva motor show. Stand by for some confusion: the old Toledo was a supersized MPV with a dodgily designed boot, but the new 2013 model will follow the much more conventional three-box design showcased here. As you can tell by the ready-to-roll interior and surprisingly unshowy exterior, this Toledo is 'a close-to-production study'.

GM exec sees room for Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S fighter

Mon, 06 May 2013

Chevrolet unveiled two stylish concepts at the 2012 Detroit auto show. One, the Tru 140S, was a bit of a poser -- its exotic looks belied its hypothetical low price point and its front-wheel-drive underpinnings. The boxy red Code 130R, on the other hand, had the potential to be dynamite.
