Brand New! Guaranteed to Work OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer, meaning this part was built by the exact same company, using the exact same tooling and the exact same strict standards as demanded by Acura. This is NOT a cheap $20-$50 replacement “Kit.” Acura designed this part specifically for your car. This part is brand new, fresh out of the box. It has never seen a day of rain or been through a carwash, or waited for years in a junkyard for someone to pluck it. Why spend a little less on a junkyard part? Why go through the hassle of pulling your car apart, replacing your part and worrying having to do it again because you used old parts? Your original lasted part has lasted until now. Why not replace it with a brand new exact same part? WHY BUY USED WHEN YOU CAN GET NEW? Take a good look at other EBAY sellers! Our Ballasts & Igniters are BRAND NEW! NOT USED! ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: DUE TO SOME BAD INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, USPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL IS NOW YOUR ONLY OPTION. I get questions all the time about how to tell what went wrong when headlight systems fail. If you are a do-it-yourself kind of person, you can quickly diagnose the problem by swapping out parts from driver to passenger side, or vise versa. Start first by checking your fuses. If they look fine, your problem could be the ballast (the larger metal box), the igniter (basically the cord from box to bulb) or the bulb. Troubleshoot by swapping them out between the driver and passenger side, and eliminating the problem part. Remember to wear clean cotton gloves when handling the bulb, as they can't have any contaminants on them. I also recommend that you seal the connection were the igniter hooks into the ballast with clear silicone caulk when you install your new ballasts. The biggest killer of ballasts is moisture, and this is the most common point of entry.

Concept Car of the Week: Mitsubishi HSR (1987)
Fri, 08 Nov 2013In 1987, Mitsubishi initiated a range of concept cars called HSR (High Speed Research) with the intention of creating a futuristic vision for the brand combining advanced technology, efficient power and aerodynamic design. The first concept car was designed for safely cruising on the motorway at very high speed, thanks to cutting edge electronics. The car's internal computers measured speed, weather, driver input and grip, and adjusted the 4-wheel drive system and the 4-wheel steering automatically.
MINI Speedster back on the cards
Tue, 07 Apr 2009Mini Speedster from 2001 - looks set to form the basis of a new MINI Speedster Based on the MINI platform, the Speedster version was talked about as long ago as 2001, but never made it to production on the first MINI platform. But perhaps having now covered just about every variant they can think of, BMW has decided that now is the time to revive the car and get it in to production. Small Roadsters, in the vein of the old British open-topped 2 seater ( and its modern ‘Homage’ version – the MX-5) will, I’m sure, see something of a renaissance in the next few years as people start to turn away from big, profligate cars, but still seek some fun motoring.
