It will fit 04, 05 & 06 Yamaha R1's and maybe others. Please check with your dealer before bidding.
It has never been fitted to a motorcycle and it is in perfect condition! The part has OEM paint. Please see pics below.

Owners have complained to federal safety officials and in online chats that Prius' upgraded optional lights, known as high-intensity discharge headlamps, have a tendency to fail.
