It has never been in the water and still primer green from the OMC factory. It may be possible to turn the unit into a 25" lower if your old drive shaft from your existing unit is still good. PLEASE call to be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below...we are a REAL place with REAL lower units in stock.
