The OMP WRC-R XL Racing Seat is a wider and taller version of the popular WRC-R racing seat. Upholstered in a highly breathable Airtex material for comfort in the hottest conditions, the WRC-R XL features removable back/base cushions, and a comfortable split-leg bottom cushion. High side-bolsters offer excellent lateral leg support, while the Hans-compatible back insures proper fitment regardless of equipment.

Aspid Cars teases sports car to join open-wheeler

Spanish automaker Aspid Cars informed us last Tuesday that it will be unveiling a sports car to complement its open-wheel track car. The company didn't tell us much aside from saying that the car will be bigger than its first car, that it will be extremely lightweight and that it will offer multiple powertrain options, including a V8 and a KERS-like hybrid system. The company also made sure to note that its name is no longer IFR Aspid.

The annual Consumer Electronics Show kicks off tomorrow in Las Vegas, in the same massive convention center that held the SEMA show only a few months ago.
