Fiat S.p.A. said that Agnelli family heir John Elkann will become chairman and that Italy's biggest carmaker will separate its car-making business from trucks and tractors. Meguiar still recovering from viral infection

TV host and car collector Barry Meguiar remains hospitalized in Monterey, Calif., recovering from a viral infection, but his condition is improving, a spokeswoman said on Wednesday. Meguiar, 67, was said to be in stable condition last week. On Wednesday, the spokeswoman said Meguiar was still on the mend and was awake.
