          Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Items will be subject to inspection by the carrier for

Limited Lifetime Warranty

         Modifications or alterations to the product or use for other than the intended application will void the warranty.

Physical damage or the use of improper coolant will not be covered. Claims for Labor, related supplies or any expense
other than the replacement of the defective product is not covered and will not be honored.

Warranty is not transferable and extended to the registered vehicle owner only at the time of installation. Warranty
returns are subject to inspection and products returned with obvious signs of neglect or improper installation will not be
covered under warranty.

Customers wishing to file a warranty claim will be required to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and picture of
the warranty item to include the defective area and warranty sticker. Defective parts may need to be returned for physical
inspection at our discretion.

Customers may purchase a replacement part while the claim is being processed. Once the claim inspection process has
been finalized and defect confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued.

Conditions not covered under warranty:

o   Physical damage including, but not limited to stripped threads on oil cooler or sensor connections.

o   Expanded tanks or blown seals from excessive system pressures.

o   Radiators returned clogged or containing improper coolant or coolant residue in poor conditions

o   Radiators retuned with modifications or repairs of any type.

o   Radiators returned with damage caused by Electrolysis.

o   Radiators returned with damage caused by chemical corrosion from improper coolants.
