Payment Info

All payments must be made within 7 days of the end of the auction. Please do not
bid unless you intend to pay.
NON-PAYING bidders WILL be reported to eBay and WILL receive a strike on
your account. After 3 strikes, your account is suspended.
Paypal payments are preferred and the quickest form of payment. We also accept
all major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express.
Credit card payments can be made over the phone, after bidding, at
1-866-745-7467.
We do not accept Personal Checks or C.O.D. shipments.
For international bidders, we only accept wire transfer as a form of payment.
We have to collect sales tax in multiple states. Please check the sales tax
chart on the "Shipping/Payment" tab of the auction to see if your states sales
tax is applicable.

We Ship UPS Ground with Free Insurance.
Signature is required at delivery for orders over $350. Signature is also
required for shipments going to any address with a apartment, suite, unit
number, etc.
The posted shipping rate is the flat rate anywhere in the lower 48 U.S. States.
If you are out side this area, you must contact us via email with your full
address for a shipping quote.
Buyer is responsible for all border fees.
For credit card payments, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit
card, no exceptions.

- Where is Tobacco Road Auto
located?
The Tobacco Road Auto sales office is located just outside Raleigh, North
Carolina. Our company has shipping depots all over the country. We will ship
your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not
all of our locations stores all of our items.
- Can I pick up my purchase?
Our depots are only warehouses and do not have any sales floor for walkin
customers. Unless pickup is stated in the shipping area of the auction, we are
not able to arrange a pickup of our items.
- Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be
shipped? How long does shipping take?
Items posted on ebay will be in stock. We manage inventory and auctions
carefully. Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business
day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. If there are
any delays in shipping, you will be contacted shortly after your purchase. We
cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or situations out of our
control. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
- Do you offer faster shipping?
Expedited shipping is available, but it is VERY expensive. Example: 1 17" wheel
with ground shipping is $20. Next day shipping would be around $130. 2 day
service would be around $95. If you require expedited shipping and you want to
pay the higher shipping rates, please call us to do this.
- Why am I being charged sales tax?
We are a division of a huge corporation that has locations in many states. We
are required by law to collect applicable taxes in any state that we have a
location in. The advantage to this is you are buying from a large, reputable
company that can provide faster shipping than a single location retail store. If
you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store that is tax exempt, please call us
to set this up.
- I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping.
What do I do?
DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Call us immediately so we can file a damage
claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any
damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged
item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned.
- There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong
item. What do I do?
We work hard to keep mistakes to a minumum but they can happen. If you receive
the wrong item, please call or email us to arrange a replacement. We will
provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL!
We are not able to take back used items even if we made the error in shipping
the wrong part.

Wheels do not come with Center caps, Lugs, Valve Stems or Tire Pressure Sensors.
