Mercedes-Benz G-class to get V12 power

Mercedes-Benz has slyly revealed a lightly facelifted version of the 33-year-old G-class prior to its planned public premiere at the Beijing motor show next month. The reworked version of the German carmaker's iconic military-grade SUV, planned to go on sale in European markets in June with North American deliveries slated to begin by the end of this year, can be seen in the background of an official photograph of the facelifted GLK posted on the Mercedes-Benz media Web site. Among the subtle changes made to the G-class's classic square exterior is a restyled grille with three prominent slats in place of the older model's seven slats, new headlamp inserts with horizontally mounted LED running lights and redesigned mirror housings.

Skoda Fabia & Skoda Roomster (2010) facelift at Geneva

The 2010 versions of the Skoda Fabia and Skoda Roomster will be at Geneva Skoda are taking the term ‘Facelift’ quite literally with the 2010 Skoda Fabia (and 2010 Skoda Fabia Estate) and the 2010 Skoda Roomster. They’ve grafted on a new nose for both in a facelift for the models which will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week. Supermarkets cut fuel prices

LATE SUMMER driving will be less expensive following supermarket fuel price cuts. From tomorrow Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco are all reducing the cost of their petrol and diesel by 2p a litre. In Asda's case, the reduction means its customers will pay no more than 126.7p a litre for petrol, with diesel being 129.7p a litre - its lowest price since January 2011.
