'Teach children to drive' says insurer

BRITISH children should be taught how to drive at school to help reduce road deaths and serious injury among young drivers. Insurer Flexed says we should follow the example of schools in the USA and introduce driver education lessons. Timeless Chrysler classics debut at Amelia Island

Three decades of Chrysler concept cars from the '40s, '50s and '60s will be on display at the 19th annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance on March 9.
