Installation Supplies / Parts Policies 

• All products deemed as an Installation / Parts item, ie; Harness Plugs, Antenna Adapters, Extensions, Antennas, Dash Kits, after market accessories, etc. are sold without warranty by seller. These items may or may not carry a Manufacturer’s Warranty. 

• Vehicle Specific Products: When ordering a product specifically for your vehicle, be sure that what you are ordering is the item you want for your installation. With the cost of Shipping and Processing, we suggest that you research the installation accessory(ies) that you will need for your vehicle. Ask or Google searches generally will show you what models you may need. 

• We usually ship your purchase insured (within the USA) and to most international destinations where the carrier offers insurance. Most all of the Installation / Parts are shipped via USPS. Unless it is included to another purchase of a receiver, etc. Should you encounter a damaged item, be sure to contact the carrier asap. Save all the packaging to show the carrier should you need to file a claim. 

• Ordered the wrong installation product? We will accept a return on an UNOPENED/Undamaged packaged product with a 20% return to stock charge of the selling price when requested with an order for the correct item. You will also have to pay the shipping back to our facility and any difference due for the correct item plus shipping back you. Opened packages will not be accepted and if received will be returned to you at your expense. 

 â€¢ * Canadian & International Buyers Please note; The product(s) may be repackaged to fit USPS FLAT RATE Box for shipment. A telephone number must be submitted for Customs Declaration. Any &/or All VAT's/Duties/Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 * OUR FREE SHIPPING SERVICE POLICY: Orders for Domestic Customers. 

 1. We may ship by several carriers, FEDEX, UPS, USPS, ETC. Your order may be several pieces and require us to use several different shipping carriers; you will be supplied with tracking numbers as soon as possible for each shipment. Most domestic orders ship in 1 – 2 business days. 

 2. Free Shipping Applies to those Customers in the Continental 48 States, unless stated otherwise. 

 3. Domestic Customers residing in AK, GU, HI, PR & US VI can elect to use USPS PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE (The Rate given includes Insured Value of the Product) Box(es) when offered. 

 4. APO/FPO/DPO Shipments will be shipped via Priority Mail  

 5. We do not offer FREE SHIPPING on International shipments. 

 6. International Shipments via eBays Global shipping program may be your most economical for parcels up to 66 pounds and under $2500.00USD.

We recommend that our Canadian & International buyers elect to use Priority Mail services when offered, as they are usually the least expensive with delivery made in most countries within 6 to 10 days. A weight limitation of 14 or 20 pounds is made when using the flat rate boxes. Some boxes are as low as 2 pounds. We make every attempt to include cost of the insurance to those countries that allow this service.
