Ferrari SP Arya – a one-off Ferrari 599 GTO for Cheerag Arya

Indian-born and Dubai-based Cheerag Arya has commissioned a special one-off Ferrari 599 GTO – the Ferrari SP Arya. Just as they did with Eric Clapton and the  Ferrari SP12 EC Indian born businessman Cheerag Arya (know as CA), still only 32, spent many years working in the US but now lives in Dubai where he runs his family’s petrochemical business and indulges in his passion for Ferrari, particularly Ferrari’s big GT cars.

Fifth-generation BMW M5 teased in new video

BMW is preparing a fifth generation of the high-performance M5 sedan. We expect to get a turbocharged V8 making about 550 hp and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. BMW plans to roll out the new M5 at the Frankfurt motor show in September.

Mercedes-Benz G-class to get V12 power

Mercedes-Benz has slyly revealed a lightly facelifted version of the 33-year-old G-class prior to its planned public premiere at the Beijing motor show next month. The reworked version of the German carmaker's iconic military-grade SUV, planned to go on sale in European markets in June with North American deliveries slated to begin by the end of this year, can be seen in the background of an official photograph of the facelifted GLK posted on the Mercedes-Benz media Web site. Among the subtle changes made to the G-class's classic square exterior is a restyled grille with three prominent slats in place of the older model's seven slats, new headlamp inserts with horizontally mounted LED running lights and redesigned mirror housings.
