Note: When ordering, please message us your choice of spring rate. You can choose from 375, 500, 600 or 700.

These kits provide the highest quality performance characteristics for your Mustang II front end. The unique "half barrel" shape springs are designed specifically for use with the Carrera coil-over shocks and the factory upper spring pocket. This enables the use of a longer spring, which allows for a lighter overall spring rate. By building the upper section of the spring to factory dimensions, this puts the weight back into the frame instead of on a single stud. 

  • For stock-to-2" lowered cars (no less)
  • Fixed, non-adjustable valving 
  • Developed for high performance with increased travel
  • Fully adjustable ride height using included aluminum spanner nut
  • Easy bolt-in installation
  • Unique spring fits the stock upper seat in the frame
  • Includes 2 chrome body shocks, mounting kit, 2 chrome-plated springs (choose specific rate)

NOTE: Not recommended for front axle weights in excess of 1900 lbs.

  1. Can be installed with no special tools, and delivers the ride characteristics of "other" coil-overs. 
  2. This is a true bolt-on coil-over kit for all specialty cars using Pinto/Mustang II based front suspensions. Kits work with stock or aftermarket crossmembers and upper control arms, stock lower control arms or tubular replacements will work also. Some fitting required.

Porsche considers North America, China production to grow sales

Porsche may launch production in North America and China as part of a plan to double annual global sales to 200,000 units, CEO Matthias Mueller said. Mueller said the sports car maker's current German assembly plants in Zuffenhausen, near Stuttgart, and Leipzig, were too small for the brand to reach its ambitious goals. "We will consider this year whether to start production in Asia or North America," Mueller told the German magazine Focus in an interview published Monday.

The 2012 Acura TSX sedan and sports wagon gets a $200 price bump across the line, which puts the base model with a five-speed automatic at $30,695. Acura also announced a new Special Edition package ($31,695, including $885 destination) with upgrades to the exterior including a more aggressive front end, bumper and side sills. Seventeen-inch, five-spoke aluminum wheels get a dark gray finish, and a Special Edition badge adorns the trunk lid.
