| Vented, lightweight yet highly protective full gauntlet leather race glove. Aniline tanned Bovine leather, 0.7 mm thick, with wide vented areas. Thermoformed, textured titanium fiber protection covering knuckles and back of the hand, ulna head, part of little finger and side of palm. Vents on fingers and back of hand. Keramide on palms for added protection. Microfiber inserts on palms to improve grip and limit wear. Double leather layers with shock absorbent material layer on every crash-sensitive part of the glove. Double fastening: strap-on wrist and Velcro flap on sleeve. |

Porsche has announced a Limited Edition Porsche 911 that will launch at Frankfurt - The Porsche 911 Sport Classic
Porsche has plundered its history to build in to the 911 Sport Classic styling cues from the past. The Sport Classic gets a ‘Duck-Tail’ rear spoiler (thank you, 1973 Carrera RS 2.7) and ‘Fuchs-Style’ alloys (ditto – at least in terms of chronology). You can also throw in to the mix a double-bubble roof (Carrera GT et al) and black surrounds to the headlights, which is evocative of the 1970s Porsche racers. So having thrown every design cue that fits from its history, what else does the 911 SC get?

2012 Toyota Avensis - teased ahead of Frankfurt 2011
As Frankfurt draws close its Toyota’s turn to reveal their 2011 offerings at the show, which will include the 2012 facelift Toyota Avensis. The new Avensis is the only Toyota at Frankfurt we haven’t already seen, and Toyota hasn’t done much more than send us the teaser photo you see at the top. But we do know Toyota re claiming the 2012 Avensis is the ‘Most expensive mid-life facelift’ they have ever undertaken.

Aside from the retro Camaro muscle car and new Corvette, Chevrolet’s car range doesn’t drum up a huge amount of lust in the UK – but a snippet of news from Down Under got us thinking that could change. Chevrolet’s fellow GM brand Holden has announced it’s going to sell an Australian-market version of the Sonic RS hot hatch, badged as the Barina RS. Why does that matter us?
