·         Shipping damage is the courier responsibility, and buyer must report in writing in less than 24 hours of receipt, with pictures.

·         Returns require authorization and proper documentation. If no documentation is provided  there will be no credit issued.

·         Any new return unit, showing signs of installation, will be declined.

·         Buyer is responsible for all return freight charges unless shipper is in error.

ALL starters and alternators require fully charged batteries, and they should be load tested, and cables cleaned and tested.

We require proof of voltage testing of batteries with every single warranty return. Low voltage is the #1 reason for warranty, and if unit is damaged in any way, warranty is void.

Note: We ship to the 48 Continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories excluded). International customers will have to buy via the Ebay Global Shipping Program.
