It is not in the original packaging however it has never been used.  This remote features lock, unlock, left and right sliding doors & panic buttons on the front.  It will work on the 2007-2012 Toyota Sienna with power sliding doors and maybe a couple years but that is up to the buyer to find out and research.  Please check with your local Toyota dealer and check your vin number to make sure the part number and FCC ID number on this remote are compatible with you Sienna.  I am not responsible if the buyer assumes it is compatible it doesn't work.  The part number is 89742-AE031.  The FCC ID is GQ43VT20T.  Dealer programming will probably be required as well.
