We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. We send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information.

International orders are shipped ship through USPS International Priority and after a 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery time varies on location, usually 6-10 days. International rates/services vary and are available upon request. We don't ship any forbidden items by (USPS or UPS) internationally. We do not take any international returns. We do not pay for duty, customs fees or taxes on any international items. The shipping cost is for shipping only. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.

At The Wires Zone, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.

Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (such as packaging material, adapters, harnesses, and manuals). Any items found to be defective at the time of purchase or damaged during shipping can also be replaced. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. We can provide you with the information you will need and you will need to contact them directly.

If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.

Cadillac CTS Coupe gets official unveil at the LA Auto Show It’s not long since GM revealed that the CTS was going to spawn a Coupe version to go with the Estate (station Wagon), and even less time since we learned there is a going to be a Coupe version of the CTS-V – the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. Which is now one step closer to reality with the official reveal of the CTS Coupe at the Los Angeles Motor Show, following on from the CTS Coupe announcement last week. Due to go on sale in Spring 2010 (I suppose we’re back to US model years – does that make it a 2011 CTS Coupe?), the CTS Coupe takes the oily bits from the saloon/sedan and puts them in to a very convincing, muscular coupe that sits lower and wider than its four-door sibling.

That's what happened here as eagle-eyed reader Todd H. caught up with a test-fleet 2014 BMW X5 35d diesel making the high-altitude test rounds in Colorado.
