This is the new Porsche 911, and these images have been leaked ahead of the car’s official debut at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September. This Porsche 911 actually looks a little different to the current rear-engined icon… Codenamed 991, the new 911 is all-new, and while the silhouette is instantly recognisable (and we’d swear those doors are identical) the bow and stern are obviously altered. There's no denying Peter Schreyer has been instrumental in turning around Kia's image from a manufacturer of wheeled white goods in a creator of design-led products. Now his attention turns to sister company Hyundai in his role as chief design officer for both companies and his plans are no less ambitious.
