These are brand new radiators for the Volvo 850 Turbo 1994-97 for both Sedan and Wagon (GLT, Base Model, T5 & T5R). They also fit S70/ V70 Turbos for the 1998 model only. These radiators are manufactured under the very strict ISO9001 guidelines to ensure quality and performance. These radiators are made to OEM specification and are tested to ensure against leaks at the factory.
These radiators come with 2 new rubber mounts with bushings, this is important because the new mounts prevent vibration and vibration is a major cause of radiator leaks. These radiators have thick resistant hose connections with outer groove, so that the hose clamp grapples on securely. The radiators also come with 2 oil coolers, 1 in each the tank, as required by Turbo engine Volvo 850/S70/V70. Please check out all of our pictures.
The core is brazed-aluminum with plastic tanks. The core dimension are 23 1/16 x 15 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches.
