Application Chart and how to navigate our Ebay store

With policies out of our control we had to eliminate our break down of Make-Model-Year for our store categories. After days of thinking and testing we managed to find a way to help you find parts for your vehicle without having to route through 100's of auctions.

As for our clips they have there own category and we offer many pictures with measurements to help get the right ones.

Description

1970-1981 F body NON t top weather strip cannel to body seals

These seal the channels that the roof weather strip sits in to the body of the car. We actually took the time to measure these and then added about 1 inch extra to each piece. They are self adhesive and this is a very simple job to do. After you clean all the old seals of your channels peal the back of the new ones and put in place then with a blade trim what little extra you don't need and reinstall them to the car. picture 5 shows a channel we did picture 6 shows where these go. We did a set on a car and it took us about 1 hour from the time we pulled the first screw till we installed the last screw. While we removed the old seals we was able to get a spot where the old seal had not got crush. Pictures 3 and 4 width and thickness next to original GM seals so you can see how correct our seal is. Factory screws were chrome and no one makes them correct length. This is not a big issue due to the fact once the weather strips go on you can't see them at all. Screws are for the channel only this does not cover any screws needed for the chrome gutter trim. This will do both sides and is a complete set. We also sell a t top version of this on ebay.

About us and what we offer

We can't test fit every piece so it's hard to know what fits and what doesn't. What we do to help stop the problem of bad quality is if a part has 2 complaints we do not offer it anymore. We don't believe you should have to do any modifications to a new part.

    NASCAR's sexy French past

    Tue, 05 Feb 2013

In the post-Jean Girard era, your stereotypical NASCAR fan probably doesn't spend too much time thinking about France. Unless it's Bill France Sr., Bill France Jr., or Jim France, or Brian France, or Amy France. Ok, so NASCAR fans might actually think about Frances fairly often, but probably not the French Republic.

    Power hike for Porsche Boxster

    Thu, 19 Oct 2006

By Phil McNamara Motor Industry 19 October 2006 02:37 Porsche has upgraded its two Boxster models, by transplanting the Cayman coupe's punchier flat six engines. The base Cayman cabriolet – sorry, Boxster – now gets a smidgen more power and torque from its 2.7-litre unit, with outputs climbing to 245bhp and 201lb ft. The tweaks shave a tenth off the 0-62mph sprint, reducing it to 6.1sec, and improve fuel economy by 1mpg to 30.4.
