We accept PayPal payments only! You may use a credit card, but only thru PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal does offer the option of checking out as a guest.

Payment is required within 4 days of the end of auction, or immediately with the use of 'Buy Now'.

Any auction winners that have not been paid for within 4 days will be reported to eBay as an 'Unpaid Buyer'.

Sales Tax Information

Sales tax is applied to items sold in CA, FL, PA & VA. If you have a business certificate please contact via eBay messaging us so we can adjust your invoice and/or refund you the tax difference; please be sure to reference the eBay Item ID number in your message.

Shipping Information

We process shipments within 1 business day after receiving cleared funds, Monday thru Friday, shipment cutoff time is 1:00pm EST for our east coast facilities and 1:00pm PST for our west coast facilities on those days.

We do not process orders on weekends, or major holidays.

We do not ship to APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Our shipping is provided thru the use of FedEx shipping services only.

Items purchased thru eBay will only be shipped to eBay/PayPal confirmed addresses within the Continental United States.

You are responsible for confirming your address information is up to date and correct with eBay/PayPal at the time of purchase.

Our packages are NOT set for Delivery Confirmation Signature Required.

EXTRA OPTIONS For Shipping BEFORE PAYING:

If you want signature requirement for your package please let us know prior to paying. We will add a $5.00 charge on the invoice in the shipping section and send you the new invoice, this charge covers the cost that FedEx charges for this service. We cannot add this after you've already paid.

If you want your item packed a certain way please let us know in the Sales Record Comments.

Tracking information will be added to the eBay order upon the item being shipped from our facility.

If your item(s) arrive damaged please hold the item, packaging, and contact us immediately thru eBay messaging. All shipping claims must be approved by the carrier before a refund can be issued.

Local pickup is not available due to how eBay/PayPal handles proof of delivery for items sold.

Return Information

We work hard to make you, the customer, happy and satisfied with your eBay purchase. All of our items sold thru eBay carry a 30 day warranty which starts on the delivery date reported by the shipping carrier.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we kindly ask that you contact us directly (via eBay messaging) and allow our customer service team the opportunity to resolve the issue(s).

Please contact us thru via eBay messaging BEFORE opening a case against us which will only delay the return/refund process. Please note that if you send us a message thru eBay messaging on a day that is not a business day (Saturday/Sunday/major holidays) you will not get a response until the next business day.

You, the buyer, can return the item to us, for any reason within the 30 day window.

Please do not leave us negative, or neutral, feedback before giving us the chance to resolve your issue(s) directly; this, again, will only slow the resolution process.

AERC Recycling Solutions reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

Return shipment information (call tags, pickups, etc.) must be initiated by us and we will cover those return shipping costs. We will NOT cover shipping costs that you incur by shipping an item yourself to us.

Refunds will only be processed when we have received the returned item.

Unless the product we sent you is defective (as determined by AERC Recycling Solutions), or the return is a direct result of an AERC Recycling Solutions error, AERC may charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price paid for returned items.
