“Powerhead is in good used condition and came from an engine with lower unit issues. Powerhead had great compression across the board. All components on this powerhead are in good used condition. Some light and average cosmetic wear here and there. Powerhead is from freshwater use only. Below I have attached 7 pictures of the powerhead to give you a better idea of the condition and whats included. Please review before bidding.”

What I have up for bids here is a good used OEM Mercury 3cyl powerhead assembly, just pulled from a 1976 Mercury 65hp outboard that we are parting out and used on many of the 1970s Mercury 65hp and 70hp models. This powerhead would be perfect for the guy who fixing up a vintage outboard and looking for a period or model correct OEM parts or for the guy who is looking for good used powerhead to get that older outboard back on the water. For the BUY IT NOW of $199.99 you cant go wrong. New this assembly thru Merc is very expensive so dont pass up our great price. Now here's what you will get,

(1)OEM Mercury 3cyl 65hp powerhead assembly and shown above. Powerhead has a Merc part number of 6005A3 on the cylinder block and 4393A2 on the crank.....

Now as noted, this powerhead was pulled from a 1976 65hp, but this style powerhead was used on many of the 1970s 65hp and 70hp (3cyl) models and possibly other outboard years and models, but please check your parts manual or dealer for more applications and fit.
