,What I have up for bids here is a good used factory Motorguide 12V trolling motor 45lb thrust motor assembly just pulled from an Varimax 45 series trolling motor that we are parting out and fitting many of the Motorguide Varimax, Wireless, Sonar, Brute, Tracker and other models. Motor would be perfect for the guy who is looking for a low cost OEM Motorguide motor for his trolling motor or maybe for the guy who just wants a spare motor assembly. Either way I think you will find this motor to be a great buy at our no reserve opening bid of just $32.99. New this motor is VERY expensive. In this auction you will get,

(1)OEM Motorguide Whisperguide 12V "2-wire" motor assembly, part #879364T22 and 122908.. Motor is a 45lb thrust model that will take 1 1/4" diameter shafts.

Motor was just pulled from Motorguide Varimax 45 series trolling motor, but this model motor was used on a bunch of Motorguide/Mercury Wireless, Sonar, Brute, Pro Series, Tracker and more... Please check your parts manuals, dealer or old parts for more fits and applications.

60mph M1 motorway speed limit proposed

The government has announced a proposal to lower the motorway speed limit from 70mph to 60mph over a 32-mile stretch of the M1. The plan, which has just been put out to consultation, would lower the speed limit to 60mph between junction 28, near Matlock in Derbyshire, to junction 35a, north of Rotherham – in a bid to improve air quality by reducing vehicle emissions.
