What I have up for bids here is a very good used and completely original factory Rotax dual carburetor intake set, just pulled from a 503 Rotax that we are parting out. This set-up would be perfect for the guy who is looking to convert that single carburetor 377, 447 or 503 to a dual carburetor set-up and whos looking for parts or for the guy who just wants spares. (2) Rotax intake socket-manifold assemblies,, Rotax part 867-400 as shown below..Intakes are also set-up with the oil injections inlet tubes. Both intake are in great used condition.. Some light cosmetic wear.
Now as noted this set was pulled from a late model 503 engine, but this set will fit all of the 377, 447 and 503 fan cooled and air cooled engines. .

Recall is last linked to fire hazard, Ford says
Wed, 14 Oct 2009Ford Motor Co.'s new recall of vehicles that pose potential fire hazards will be its last because the latest action covers all remaining cars and trucks with cruise-control switches made by Texas Instruments, even if those switches don't pose safety risks, a Ford spokesman said today. "We did this to reassure customers and make sure there will be no future actions connected to this," spokesman Wes Sherwood said in an interview. "We've gone to extra lengths to include both vehicles with risks and those that don't show risk." Yesterday, Ford announced a recall of 4.5 million vehicles--its eighth in the past decade involving cars and trucks with faulty cruise-control deactivation switches.
