2013 Chevrolet Malibu Eco gets $25,995 sticker

The redesigned Malibu Eco, which we drove in September, will be the first Chevy car to feature GM's new eAssist battery-electric/gas propulsion system. The last time Alfa Romeo fans got a glimpse of the 4C was just a couple weeks ago at the Goodwood Festival of Speed , but at Silverstone the car will be wearing a stylish white matte livery with red, white, and green colors from the Italian flag on its roof and hood. Alfa Romeo is no stranger to the world of bike racing, having sponsored a number of events in the past.
GM's historic Willow Run plant closes
Fri, 24 Dec 2010After 68 years of arming the nation and putting America on wheels, the Willow Run manufacturing plant in southeast Michigan closed on Thursday. The 5-million-square-foot powertrain plant, owned by Motors Liquidation Corp., the remnants of the former General Motors Corp., has fallen victim to GM's 2009 bankruptcy and subsequent restructuring. About 300 workers left at the plant will either “retire, transfer to another campus or go on layoff,” said Chris Lee, a spokesman for the reorganized General Motors Co.
