A free Pandora Internet radio iPhone app is now available for 2011 BMW models that use the BMW Apps feature. Popular features available through the app include access to existing stations, creating new stations, the ability to thumbs-up or thumbs-down tracks and the option to bookmark songs. European Parliament: electric cars must make noise

The European Parliament has voted in favour of a European Commission proposal to decrease the maximum allowed noise for new cars, vans, trucks, buses and coaches, in an effort to reduce “vehicle noise nuisance” by 25%. At the same time, the EU has voted in favour of a proposal to force carmakers to fit electric and hybrid electric vehicles with a sound generating device, to improve low speed safety for pedestrians and the visually impaired. Audi starts Facebook petition for the TT RS

Audi of America is doing what it can to convince its German bosses to send the TT RS our way. A petition on the automaker's Facebook page says that “Audi is seriously rethinking its original plans for the range-topping TT model and wants to hear from you.” As of Monday morning, the petition had gathered 3,742 signatures. Currently, the TT line in the United States includes only the TT and the TTS.
