To Infiniti and beyond - new Q30 concept revealed for 2013 Frankfurt Show

This is the Infiniti Q30 concept premium hatchback, set to take on BMW’s 1 Series, the Audi A1 and the Mercedes-Benz A-Class in the upmarket family hatchback sector. Unveiled ahead of its official world debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, MSN Cars was at the exclusive preview event in Milan. We spoke to head of Infiniti design, Alfonso Albaisa to dig deeper into the inspiration behind the Q30 concept and the future of Infiniti’s road cars.

Citroën to unveil DS4 Racing 'concept'

Citroën is set to debut its all-new DS4 Racing concept at next month's Geneva show as part of its evolution of the DS lineup. The concept, developed by Citroën Racing – the company's seven-time WRC winning motorsports division – is host to a range of new features courtesy of the Citroën Racing engineers. The chassis has been lowered by 35mm from that of the DS3, with the track being widened by 55mm at the front and 75mm at the rear along with the inclusion of 19-inch wheels.

We have the first photos of the next Variant in the Golf Mk 7 line – the VW Golf Estate – ahead of its debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week. More in the ‘They didn’t want it to arrive yet‘ saga in the run-up to the start of the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, with this offering being the firts pictures of the new VW Golf Estate. There really isn’t a huge amount to say about the new Golf Estate except it’s a Mk 7 Golf with a small shed on the back and looks likely to be a favourite family buy.
