We waited with baited breath to see what the Jaguar design team had in store at the Paris motor show this year, and we weren't disappointed with the resulting showcar. Created by a team led by Matthew Beaven, Principal Designer at Jaguar Advanced Design, the C-X75 is both a celebration of Jaguar's 75 year history and a design showcase for the company's hybrid turbine technology. Renault teases 'Captur' SUV - a baby Juke rival

After a pitiful year of sales for Renault in the UK in 2012 (they plummeted 40% in figures out yesterday), the French are fighting back with a baby SUV designed to repeat the success of inhouse rival the Nissan Juke. It comes a day after local rival Peugeot announced its new 2008 crossover, another rival in this shrunken crossover/SUV contest. What's the Renault Captur based on?  Renault has so far issued only this solitary shady teaser image.

Tomorrow's world: Jaguar and Land Rover showcase intelligent car tech

The new tech - including gesture control, next-gen voice control and intelligent windscreens - was shown at an event in Whiteley, where Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) also announced details of its new four-cylinder engines.  So what should we expect from Jags and Landies of the future?
