Exchanges: For exchanges we are not going to charge any penalty fines, but the customer is still responsible for shipping the item back to us and paying the shipping charge for us to send the replacement. Contact us for a shipping total, and an item number.

Returns: For returning items, the item should be returned within 14 days from the purchase and the condition has to be as sent out. We only accept returns on un-used products. For any and all returns the customer is responsible for paying the all shipping cost.  If you wish to return a product please, email your request to our ebay account. You will be given instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Returned item(s) must be in the condition you received them. Please do not tape the outside of the original box. We reserve the right to assess additional fees if the item is not returned in the proper condition.
