Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class (2014)

As previewed in excellent concept form at the Shanghai motor show, the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class has been revealed in its production guise. Built on the same platform as the A-, B- and CLA-Classes, the GLA further expands Mercedes' portfolio of C-segment models into the semi-SUV market to take on the likes of the Audi Q3 and BMW X1. Proportionally it appears far happier than the A and CLA from these initial images, particularly around the scuttle area.

When National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) bought Saab they planned to produce electric Saabs. But now they’re looking at relaunching the 9-3 with an ICE engine. Finally, after what seemed decades of trying to find a way to divest itself of Saab, GM agreed a deal with National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) to take the reluctant Griffin down the dead-end route of mainstream electric cars.

Holden Commodore

First introduced there in 1978, 2.4 million units have since been built, and this latest VE Commodore also marks the first $1billion car program in the country. The more European design brings about a longer wheelbase for a stronger stance and a more defined body-side.
