Once payment has been processed by us, orders will be turned in to our warehouses promptly; therefore NO CHANGES can be accommodated.

Please update your shipping address on Ebay and Paypal before completing your order.  For any returned/undeliverable packages, a reshipping fee will be charged.  If a package needs to be rerouted, the BUYER is responsible for the rerouting fee charged by the shipping company.

INSTALLATION/ FITMENT ISSUES:

We do not manufacture the products.  General Installation instructions are included in most cases (the instructions are not make and model specific).  Please consult an installer with experience in installing aftermarket products. 

We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) products.  We take no responsibility in instructing you in how to install or any fees incurred by you from a professional installer.  We will clarify the instructions only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Inspect any and all items upon arrival.  If you find the item is broken, damaged or missing installation hardware, please notify us within 7 days of the arrival of the product.  No claim will be accepted after 7 days.

We may request buyers to provide digital pictures due to damage or defect of the product for returns/exchanges.  This enables us to find the best solution for the buyer.

Please keep the original box and packaging.  We only accept returns in original boxes and packaging.

If the package is lost in transit, replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company. 

If you purchased the wrong item and want to and exchange or refund.  Or if you decided that you no longer need the product after it has been shipped. Shipping and handling charges for the return shipment are the buyer’s responsibility and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

All items to be returned will need to obtain authorization from us.  We will not process any returns without pre-authorization.
