This auction is for qty (1) Nitrous Express nitrous solenoid valve part number 151000L. It was purchased back in 2011 and used for only 2 race weekends as part of a standalone nitrous system. It worked great! The bike it was used on sat I my garage for the last 5 years until I recently restored it for street use. I removed the 15100L and the rest of the nitrous system (see other auctions) and offer it for sale here. Comes with male AN fitting. STAGE ONE LIGHTNING NITROUS SOLENOID WITH .063 ORIFICE. SUPPORTS 200 HP. DRAWS 11AMPS MAX. HAS 1/8" NPT INLET AND OUTLETS ALSO HAS BUILT IN DRAW THROUGH 1/8 NPT PURGE PORT NX Lightning Series Solenoids flow great, weigh less and look sexy. The key to maximizing nitrous horsepower is to keep the nitrous in liquid form until it is injected into the engine. Sharp bends cause nitrous flow to become turbulent which causes gaseous bubbles to form in the nitrous flow. Expansion areas also cause the nitrous to go gaseous. Liquid nitrous makes more power than gaseous nitrous Period! NX Lightning solenoids feature a raised inlet and a bottom exit which eliminates up to four 90 degree turns and one expansion area in the body of the solenoid. The result is more horsepower! Lightning series solenoids are CNC machined from lightweight billet aluminum and topped with carbon fiber cans for the ultimate in weight savings. Lightning series nitrous solenoids feature a bypass port which allows you to connect a purge valve directly to the body of the nitrous solenoid. Connecting the purge valve to the body of the nitrous solenoid not only looks cleaner, it ensures that there is no trapped air in the body of the solenoid. UK car production tops 1.5 million
Thu, 23 Jan 2014THE NUMBER of cars built in the UK topped 1.5 million last year, the highest for six years, amid what's being called "surging" demand at home and abroad. Production increased by 3.1% in 2013, with analysts predicting that output would reach record levels of around two million by 2017. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said the UK was set to become the third largest car manufacturer in Europe after Germany and Spain.

Mon, 14 Apr 2014It’s the Mercedes CLA sliding cat advert We’re not entirely sure that Mercedes has chosen to focus attention on a cat in a new advert for the CLA to dig at Jaguar’s mickey-take of its chicken advert for Magic Body Control, but it’s definitely the cat that’s front and centre, regardless of the motivation. With the new Mercedes CLA boasting exceptional aerodynamic credentials, Mercedes has employed a stunt cat to slide up and over the CLA to demonstrate just how slippery their new compact saloon is. Already shown on TV in the UK at the weekend (during the new series of Britain’s Got Talent), the moggie in question – William, apparently – glides effortlessly over the CLA’s slippery shape to a soundtrack playing Rossini’s Duetto buffo di due gatti (which you may not think you know, but you do).
