This Kit Number 02119NOS is intended for use on modified 1986-1995 5.0 Ford engines equipped with Holley SysteMax or an aftermarket intake manifold with high flow characteristics. Horsepower and torque increases will vary with engine displacement and modification. Approximate power increases can be estimated based upon the massflow of nitrous oxide into the engine. This kit is not for use with a stock or novice racer. The following jet combinations are supplied with this kit to allow you to vary your engine’s power output. On a typical mildly modified 5.0 engine, you can expect the following approximate power gains for each of the nine jetting combinations:
*Table 1 Jetting and Power Levels
*Jetting N2O/Fuel Power Levels
*43/31 100 HP
*52/33 125 HP
*59/37 150 HP*
*65/40 175 HP
*71/42 200 HP*
*76/45 225 HP
*81/47 250 HP*
*86/51 275 HP*
*91/52 300 HP
* HP Jetting included in kit
*NOTE: 200HP+ jetting levels are not recommended for use in engines that feature the stock Ford rotating assembly and cylinder block. Refer to Section 1.2 “System Requirements” for suggestions. Typically, the standard #10 (10 lb.) bottle of nitrous will supply just under a minute of operation at wide-open throttle. A full #10 bottle will weigh 25 lbs. For best performance, the bottle should be refilled when it weighs 17 to 18 lbs. We list our Nitrous Oxide NOS system kits without the extra 16 lbs. bottle to save you money. If you do not have local access to the new bottles at a deal we also offer them in our eBay store for $219.95 shipped to you in the 48 states

Lotus Elise 2010 Facelift

Tue, 16 Feb 2010

The facelifted Lotus Elise will be at the Geneva Motor Show They don’t like to rush things too much at Hethel. Maybe it’s the pace of life in rural Norfolk or maybe they think that if “it ain’t broke why fix it?”. But the Lotus Elise has been round a very long time.

Ferrari 149M Project for Geneva Motor Show – looks like a California update

Tue, 04 Feb 2014

Ferrari Project 149M will be revealed on 12th February 2014 It’s was 2012 when Ferrari updated their entry-level car – the Ferrari California – with less weight, more power and a handling package, and it looks like they’re about to do the same again. Ferrari are trailing a reveal of ‘Project 149M’ for the 12th February – and a reveal at the Geneva Motor Show next month – which, although slightly cryptic sounding, does point firmly to a Ferrari California ‘Modificato’. The California has the internal product code ‘F149′ and Ferrari has a history of producing ‘Modificato’ or ‘M’ versions of their road cars to move the game on – think Ferrari 575M.
