This is a  Aluminum Meissner # 26 winch we found in a boat salvage yard. It measures about 6+1/4 inches tall 6+7/8 inches wide at the bottom. The smallest part of the drum is 3+1/2 inches wide. It turns clockwise only.  It would be great for reuse or decorating a nautical room.
