Condition:Used

NO RESERVE!

Nice used 1971 Mercury Montego grille center.

Structurally sound with mounting tabs intact.

The chrome could use a nice polishing and the black paint could use a little touch-up.

There is a small chip in one of the vertical spars.  See pics.  Not very noticeable.  Looks like a typical rock chip from driving on the road over the years.

Don't let that stop you!  It's just patina....

This grille will last a long time.

An inexpensive upgrade for your classic. Take advantage!

Winning bidder please pay for item within 48 hours of auction end or item will be re-listed.

Thank you and Good Luck!

Ferrari F70 takes test laps

Wed, 06 Feb 2013

It's a strange world we live in when, even in my short-to-medium lifespan, we've gone from the 1980 Ferrari 308 GTSi making either 205 or 214 hp—depending on who you're asking—to the Ferrari F70, which is rumored to make 950 hp with its V12 and KERS system. I would put an Excel graph here, but just imagine a line going up at a 45-degree angle to infinity. With all of that in mind, here's about five minutes of the camouflaged supercar flying around the test track with fantastic audio of the Italian stallion in action.

McLaren F1 – The perfect safe haven in troubled times

Tue, 27 Jan 2009

The McLaren F1 (along with its ‘Super’ brother, the LM) is considered by many to be the ultimate road car. Light, fast and enormously desirable, the F1 has been a stunning success story. Initially conceived in the late ’80s, and coming to fruition with the launch of the first road car in 1995, just 65 road-going F1s where made between 1995 and 1998, with 5 further LMs (6 if you count the prototype, which is still owned by McLaren and promised to Lewis Hamilton if he pulls of the double World Championship by winning in 2009).
