Norcold part 161013500

DE0061/EV0061 Compressor Assembly

Brand new in factory packaging

This auction is for a brand new compressor assembly for Norcold DE0061 & EV0061 fridges. This assembly can possibly be made to fit other fridges as well as long as a suitable power supply and controller are made provided.

This is an original Norcold part (number 161013500) ordered for a customer, who later decided to change out the fridge rather than repair it. This is a new unused stock item. This part fits fridges with serial numbers of 14328523 and before. Newer fridges with higher serial numbers use a different cooling unit made by Danfoss, and this replacement unit should not be used in those fridges.

The box was opened to photograph the part for the auction. It was shipped direct to me via my wholesale supplier when originally ordered for the customer that no longer wishes to use it.

Installation of the part requires relevant knowledge and skills, if you are unaware of how to install this part, please contact a suitable Norcold service company in your area to assist in installation. We are selling the part, not any installation assistance.

This part is often not available from Norcold, it is our understanding that only a limited number of these replacement parts are manufactured each year. As these units are somewhat delicate, we have made shipping insurance a requirement to cover any possible damage done during shipping. The part will be sent in its existing shipping box with additional packing material added by UPS so there will be no issues should any shipping claims arise. As this part is being shipped and electronic in general category any problems or non shipping claims will have to made directly with Norcold, as is appropriate for a new replacement part.

Given the interest in these items, we are opening this auction to international bidders. We have started the auction at $600 with fair market reserve price and a fair market value Buy It Now, good luck bidding !

CAR prangs Ferrari FF

Fri, 25 Mar 2011

CAR's Jethro Bovingdon gets in a mess with the Ferrari FF It’s happened to us all on a car review, but not necessarily whilst piloting a £230k Ferrari FF. Ferrari has been hosting a playday in Italy for print media to come and torment the Ferrari FF, to see if its deserves to be a real Ferrari despite its pseudo SUV, Shooting Brake styling. CAR Magazine sent along hack Jethro Bovingdon to fly the CAR flag in Italy, and put together a piece for the magazine and (fortunately for us) a video piece for the website.
