  Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old replacement stock idler arm kit, Toledo Steel part number 18561.  This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured kit.  According to my Toledo Steel Manual, this used on the following models and years:

1960 Ford...All models with Power Steering, Except Thunderbird
1960 Edsel...All models with Power Steering
