*** When mounting carbs on a Norton twin, The inner blank idle boss must be filed down so the carbs don't hit in the middle. OEM carbs were modified in this way for clearance.
***It is very important to use proper crush resistant "heat insulator gaskets" to prevent distortion of the flange. Triumph OEM used very soft "asbestos" type that will warp the flange.. Warped flanges ruin the carbs. Over torking and poor gaskets or heat insulators will ruin carbs. Proper techniques to install are critical!! You need to use good modern fiber insulators to prevent warping.
***The Carbs will not be taken back for credit once installed .

The advice, to 101 UK owners who have paid around £100,000 for their vehicles, has gone out to a total of 785 owners worldwide of the GT3s from the 2014 model year. Porsche said there had been two cases in Europe of cars catching fire.
2014 Ford Fiesta gets three-cylinder EcoBoost power

The unit is expected to achieve an output of about 123 hp and 148 lb-ft of torque. The Blue Oval says the engine has a higher specific output than any engine in its stable.
