This is a VINTAGE NOS 12 Volt regulator which looks almost flawless, although there is a "paint rub" on the top right corner, and there are other scuffs in various areas less noticeable. small circular dent on top cover

 **BENDIX 12 VOLT, VOLTAGE REGULATOR**

 This NOS "Aftermarket" 12 Volt regulator is correct for CHEVROLET CORVAIRS, as well as MANY, MANY more GM Vehicles from the 50's through the 60's.  I'm leaving it up to you to determine if it will work for you. I purchased this one about three years ago, as a back up for my 1962 Corvair Spyder, and never needed it. Since that time I have replaced my generator with an alternator, so have no use for it. This regulator has NEVER been installed and comes complete in original box, instructions, and a sealed bag of hardware.

CDN-Opel/Vauxhall Interactive Design Competition Enters Exterior Phase

Car Design News is pleased to announce the finalists of the interiors phase of the Car Design News-Opel/Vauxhall Interactive Design Competition. Pierin Giacomo of the Istituto Europeo Di Design in Turin, Italy, Victor Uribe, also of IED Turin, and Chiayuan Lu of Coventry University in the UK have been named as the top three entrants in the first phase of the competition. They topped the entries received from students at 36 design schools across 18 different countries in Europe.

Daimler, Ford, Nissan team up on fuel cells

Ford Motor Co., Nissan Motor Co. and Mercedes-Benz parent company Daimler AG have formed a partnership aimed at speeding up the commercialization of fuel cell electric vehicle technology. Together, the automakers plan to develop a common fuel cell stack and fuel cell system to be used in what they describe as "highly differentiated, separately branded fuel cell electric vehicles" as early as 2017.

Toyota Motor Corp. said on Thursday that it will conduct safety tests on all of its SUVs after suspending sales of the Lexus GX 460 following a report of a risk of rollover accidents. Toyota stopped GX 460 sales earlier this week.
